The Senate Judiciary went ahead with discussion and vote on three guns bill S2637 Sub A (passed 8-4), S2825 (passed 9-3) and S2653 failed (6-6). First two passed with majority vote to be passed to floor but S2653 failed in committee.

It didn’t matter that S2653 failed to come out of committee because the Senate took up H6614 Sub A because they knew it had a majority to accept and pass H6614 Sub A sponsored by Rep. Justine Caldwell.
