Nibo Ni Igbala Waa?

Salvation is the ultimate thing man must get in this life. A life without salvation is doomed and condemned forever. Muslims often say Islam is the only religion that lead to Salvation and the bible said salvation can only be found in the name of Jesus. How do we reconcile this? Where lies Salvation?
