NaNoWrimo 2020 Day 6 Scrivener Crashed!

Today was not my day. I was so impressed with myself for having kept up with my target for the first time ever during NaNo. It was my first week using Scrivener and it crashed on me with no backup. I have been able to save about 90% of my project but now I have to setup Scrivener all over again. If you have any tips on recovering off an external drive, please let me know!
