Has the Renewed Covenant even started? / WWY Q&A 31

It sounds like a crazy question doesn't it? I mean after all most disciples know this verse.

Jer 31:33 “For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ěl after those days, declares יהוה: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.

But, in context, does this way what we assume it says? Are we missing something here? Can you please help me make it make sense? as I'm asking for feedback here. Can you see what I'm seeing? Am I wrong?

Is there a much bigger picture here that we haven't seen?
