Modafinil: How it Works and How to Get it

Hello, this is Josh dream body clinic. And today we're going to talk a bit about Modafinil. This is one of my favorite things. Modafinil is a great tool in the arsenal for focus. I find that it can even help with, uh, athletic performance helps with work. It's got a wide list of uses and we're going to get into all of that.

Um, and a lot of. Other things like, uh, militaries are using it. Dutch army uses it for century positions. So, their guys don't fall asleep while they're guarding the post. Um, a lot of fighter pilots have been prescribed it and are used it so that they can maintain focus for long flights. It’s been researched.
It's safe. Um, it's like a, a neural protective agent. It can help your brain, if anything, now obviously like anything, it can be abused. You can go too far, and we will get into dosing in this presentation. We will get into how it works. All of that. Now the last thing that it does and to kind of break it down is, is a stimulant of the peripheral and central nervous system.
