Illegally Taking Down Number Plates

Illegally taking down number plates. i did make one mistake with the humen rights articles. i said articles 10,11 &12, when in fact its should be articles 9,10 & 11. Article 12 is the right to Marry.

• Article 14: Protection from discrimination
