Can you guess who went as Batman with a blue cape made from a blanket? Or who had to hitchhike back to their own Halloween party dressed in Richard Simmons’ infamous short-shorts? Or who got their candy stolen by a bully? Don’t know what to say about “Sexy Mitt Romney,” “Vampire Elvis,” “The Flute Guy” or the “KISS Bandit.” You just gotta see it for yourself.
