Agenda 21 is a codename for a master plan that originated at the United Nations to change the political and economic system of the world to one of total collectivism (= Communism).

In order to do that, people must not be allowed to have independence. They must be dependent on the state for everything. People must be controlled, so they will preferably live in high rise apartments provided to them by the state as a “benefit”.

The people at the top want all people to be dependent on the largesse of the state. They don’t want anyone to live on the land with their own water supply to grow their own food. These people are a threat to the collective society because they are self-sufficient.

That’s the secret behind Agenda 21 They want people out of the country and want corporations to grow the food. They want everyone to depend on them for food, shelter and electrical power - everything.
