If you’ve ever played a Hollowbody or Semi-Hollowbody electric guitar with f-holes in a loud live environment, chances are you’ve had feedback issues. Audio frequencies from your amp or sound system build up and start the guitar woofing with too much bass or howling in the mid or high ranges.
In today's video, I share a simple, foolproof, non-damaging feedback fix for f-hole guitars like my Harmony Rocket H59 and my Heritage H-575. Custom-made foam plugs called Doug’s Plugs are the solution for guitarists like me who love the tone and look of an f-hole guitar on stage but are sick of dealing with feedback.
