Ep 226) Red Flag Laws Are Dangerous & Unconstitutional

While conservatives may be celebrating a judge ruling against Biden on illegal immigration, that celebration is premature. One, the Biden Administration will just ignore the ruling. Secondly, DACA has turned 10 years old now, and how an illegal and unconstitutional program has been allowed to exist shows how little the current ruling against Biden's immigration policy matters.

Recently the Senate Republicans have been in negotiation with Democrats on gun control laws and Senator Mitch McConnell has praised a compromise that includes supporting Red-Flag laws. Don't fall for red flag laws as being reasonable. A red flag law is about stripping people of their due process and second amendment rights even though no crime has been committed. Worse, it only takes a baseless accusation for your rights to be violated, once violated it will take time and lots of money for innocent people to get their rights back.

Another issue with these unconstitutional red flag laws is the potential for abuse. The left defines anyone who disagrees with them as a threat and Democrats rewrite any law they want without legislative passage by "re-interpreting" the meaning. The left defines anyone who disagrees with them on anything as a threat, as the next Hitler, as a red flag. Meanwhile, the left can burn down cities or businesses they politically disagree with and call it free speech without consequence.

What we will see here if red flag laws continue is the left making baseless accusations against every gun owner and they will do so repeatedly until gun owners run out of money and can no longer afford to defend their rights against this attack on the Second Amendment.
