Biden is tightening the noose around the neck of a U.S. economy that has not had time to recover from the pandemic, and Ukraine is helping him by refusing to clear the ports where ships are carrying the grain that countries in much of the world are waiting for. The colossal infusion of newly printed, unsupported dollars led to an inflationary crisis in the economy, a mistake the U.S. Treasury Department acknowledged.
