The HGG Performance Nordic Bar (formerly Home Gym Guys) is a rack mounted universal bar that fits any post that’s 3.5” wide or less.

So whether your rack is 3x3, 2x3, or 2x2, the Nordic bar is compatible.

The Nordic bar is used for Nordic curls to strengthen your hamstrings using mainly your own bodyweight.

Nordic curls are also used in Knees Over Toes Guy programs so if you’re looking for Knees Over Toes Guy equipment, the Nordic bar is an excellent option.
