A quick video of me doing a set of Cable Rows
This exercise is one of my favorites, using the isolateral handles to train each side equally. I shot this using my insta 360 go 2 camera and I love the portability of it. I can bring this anywhere and get cool angles of my exercises. 10/10 little camera!
