From Beginning to End

Chicago when they were Chicago Transit Authority and Phil Collins when he was still playing drums and channeling his inner Iron Butterfly while copping the Beatles are the ingredients of today's Segue City Special. Now that the Special has left the station, we can sit back relax for a few minutes to contemplate which is more bearable - a dry high heat with drought or summer in the South with high heat and high humidity but plenty of rain. Which one would you choose?

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
