100pc tire kit OR IS IT 68? OR 67? Or 66?

Riding in the work truck I saw this new tire repair kit. The top
Says 100pc, the front and side say 68. Count the pieces they equal 68, though they counted 1 plastic storage box AND 1 blue storage case. Apparently the manual is an item, and what the hell is a "Capsps"??! Well there's 4 of what ever they are lmao
