Ys Origin Review

Ys Origin serves as the prequel to the entire series, taking place 700 years before the events of Ys 1. This is also the only game in the series we do not get to play as Adol. Instead we play as Yunica, Hugo and the Claw. Ys Origin is a good game but it also has many issues. Being the last game to Use the same Engine as Ark Of Napisthim Ys Origin has perfected it’s gameplay. This game would also tie up many loose ends, between the rest of the series and the lore surrounding, The Eldeen, the darklings, and the artifacts they built.
