Single Leg Deadlift

Starting position:
Standing with one leg raised of the floor, slight bent in planted knee
Action:
Hinge forward at the hips, keeping knee angle constant
Ending position:
Chest facing the floor (as close to parallel as possible) with raised leg swung back for counterbalance
