G44 New and potentially dangerous failure with Glock 44 - Watch if you have one!

Sad to report a potentially new and possibly disastrous failure with the Glock 44. Polymer at the base of the Spacer Sleeve is breaking apart and flaking away. Causing a failure to fire. If you have one, check your spacer sleeve post haste!
