Experim. on myself w. molecular hydrogen (Japanese refined science)

I am a smoker, Experimenting with the refined Japanese science of molecular hydrogen, to experience it on myself, mainly on my own gut and skin health, as well as for rejuvenation, to stop the new experience of grey hairs, hydrate over all, including my life long dry skin hair and nails. I have a tiny bit of lower back pain, and have been battling with the gut damages of antibiotics since the end of 2007, which has caused me allergic like reactions/intolerance to many foods.
