Primitive Camping at Sand Hollow State Park

Reservations are numbered, but its first come first serve for the location you want. We arrived early and got a great area at the very end of the gravel road right next to the water. 2 bathrooms in the primitive camping area. I would suggest not driving onto the sand unless you have the tires and 4x4. The sand is very soft and you are likely to get stuck. Great area, peaceful, quiet, sup & jet ski rentals. We rented 2 fiberglass sup for 6 hrs, cost was $80 each. Great area for families and friends to go out and have a great time. Please pick up after yourself.
