Signal Stat Duo-Com Project bar update 10/4/2020

The most recent update for this project, ironed out some wiring gremlins, and with some troubleshooting nailed down one of the more pesky issues.

The big issue now is the brush on the driver side rotator is either faulty or needs repair. I have been playing with it and a meter and I can frequently get it to loose contact. This has a habit of allowing the rotator to work for abit, then stop, then start.. and so on. Not stable in the slightest.
