What it means and what you should do if your girlfriend has gained weight and is letting herself go physically.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer whose girlfriend of 2 years has gained about 20 pounds and is starting to let herself go physically. He is losing attraction for her and is becoming interested in other women. Then he feels guilty after a week or so and starts making the effort to open her up and romance her again. He wonders if he should just date other women or not be with only one woman and asks my opinion.
