TwoSistas and it’s TrendingThursday! (Some days you just don’t know when we are going to show up!!!!!) Sometimes the “trending” aspect of any day is shutting out the “clutter” around us. News alerts, social media alerts - and the list goes on and on. Validate your feelings - don’t ignore them, and try to move on.

Moving on for some (ourselves included - yes; we are guilty of this) is often difficult to do. Is it that we are placing too much emphasis on the action or not reacting at all? We know that for every action there is a reaction and that’s why it’s important to know that we cannot control everything around us, everything that is happening in the world today. We can; however, control how we react. It sounds simple, can be difficult; it’s all in how you perceive or control it.
