USS Eagles - USS 4 (official) branch

There was some debate on whether or not the June 21st branching was actually USS 4. We had not see USS 4 branch again since that day, so we suspect that it was actually USS 5. SO with this, we are going to call today the OFFICIAL branching of USS 4.
