AR3038 - Is It Really Facing Earth, And Are There Plans to "Supplement" Any Sunspot Activity?

MSM outlets now report that AR3038 on the sun is looking more likely to cause a CME (Coronal Mass Ejection) that could disrupt our GPS and power grids. Is this true, and what are we NOT being told?
