Welcome to another episode of #WWFuquan, a behind-the-scenes walk-through series dedicated to showing the before, during, and after process of property restorations, providing you with insights into the work that goes into this arduous (yet rewarding) process.

In this episode, Fuquan’s Montclair renovation project wraps up, and we get to see the finished property before it’s finally sold. In the weeks prior to wrap-up, Fuquan has a few last-minute challenges to overcome, including rerouting bathroom plumbing, a change in vanities, and mould building up on the sheetrock.

While the challenges are being dealt with, Fuquan shows us the final details that are added to the property, including wall patterns, stairway handrails, cabinets, and landscaping. An underground storm drain system is also a great addition to the property.

In his final visit to the property, Fuquan takes us along for a tour of the completed 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property.
