3rd attempt at getting this video up. We received a copyright claim on this video a week ago. We counter claimed and said it was fair use. There was all original audio re dubbed over the video. That's literally the definition of parody fair use. They replied with a warning. If we counter claim again we would be hit with a hard strike and a take down notice of the video. We asked what exactly was the problem during all this. I figured the beginning of the video with the kids audio. No. They sent a clip back with a section highlighted. To my (un)surprise it was the part where I'm reading from the pro-looting blm book about why its acceptable to loot. I simply replaced "unemployed" with "children" to fit the parody. I'm sure the point is not lost on the viewer. However the threat of a take down and hard strike lead me to re-edit this video so badly it would not be worth their time. I see I was right. lol
