Riots Will Intensify As The US Economy Weakens

The root cause of all of the unrest in the US is not racism or police brutality. The root cause of all of this unrest is economic despair. Life gets harder and harder for low income Americans every year, but the disproportionate effect of the lockdowns has made their lives incredibly more difficult. Furthermore, as the mild relief offered by the CARES act expires early next year, the economic pain felt by all Americans will intensify. Meaning that the riots in my opinion will be worse moving forward, no matter who is elected president.
