Getting C modules when scrapping an A ship (No Man's Sky glitch)

This could potentially be exploitable somehow. I almost made an offer on that C explorer because I liked the design, but it resulted in getting C modules when I scrapped. I'll test and see if I can get S or A modules from a C.
