Clashes in Ecuador leave one dead

At least one person was killed in scuffles between police and protesters in Quito, Ecuador, as nationwide demonstrations against President Guillermo Lasso’s economic policies continued. According to Ecuador’s Interior Minister, the deadly incident is being investigated by the Prosecutor’s Office.
