Prayer for the homeless

I saw some words someone wrote on gttr and turned them into a song. Needs another verse or 2. I am not a singer. I'm a guitar player. I wrote the music and chorus.

Life in our country has never been so bad. Life in the US. Has never been so sad.
Homeless is running rampet all across the land. We have people in our cities that are eating out of garbage cans.
Men, woman, children it does not discriminate. People of all color losing God and faith.
Homeless line the sidewalks living out of tents. No showers can they bathe in urinating in street vents.
It looks like a third world country vilance running through our streets.
People of all ages getting shot or badly beat.
With law enforcement under attack with orders to stand down.
Leaders in the congress are nowhere to be found.
So while you're locked up in your house and you know it's not safe outside.
We can't forget to say a prayer for the ones that have no were to hide!

I say a prayer for the homeless
I'll say a prayer tonight
Won't you pray it with me
Lord watch over them tonight
