STOCK MARKET IS SETTING UP FOR A TECHNICAL RALLY (Here Is Why)

In today's stock market brief, I use technical analysis to forecast the financial markets. The stock market has been drifting lower, but many stock market participants do not seemed to be phased by this correction. This leads me to belive that the stock market is setting itself up for an upcoming rally.
