Do not expect the Oregon State Bar to protect you from illegal practices

You are not permitted to take money for legal advice in the state of Oregon, unless you are an attorney with an active license.

Craigslist, is filled with fake attorneys and paralegals promising money for legal services that will never be delivered.

Instead what will happen, is they will take your money, wait for you to inquire about legal services they promise to render, then use the sensitive information they garnered about you, to intimidate you into remaining silence.

the Oregon State bar is the most unethical entity when it comes to doing legitimate investigations for unlawful practice of law,
