Ninja is not Ninja Enough in Black Ops Cold War (Alpha)

Ninja is not working the way it has in other Call of duty games. In the Black Ops Cold War Alpha, Ninja only works when you run...but WHY??? Ninja should make all footsteps softer no matter the speed but in this alpha you can hear everyone slapping their feet around... the crab walk game is strong though lol
