Today's scheduled guest, Tennessee state Rep. John DeBerry -- a life-long Democrat from the Memphis area -- was kicked out out his state's Democrat Party in May for his conservative votes on school choice and fiscal/pro-life issues.

We review some of what's happened with Rep. DeBerry; however, a scheduling snafu prevented him from being with us today. He will be with us next week on The Kim Hammer Show.

In the second half-hour today, John Vincent with the Arkansas Pharmacists Association discusses Arkansas' drug price lawsuit that AG Leslie Rutledge will argue before the Supreme Court on October 6.

Also, Pastor Ron Smedley of Mission Recovery tells about Recovery Sunday (part of National Recovery Month) on September 27, 2020, where churches across the country will be working to help those recovering from addiction.
