Taste test of the Redcon1 MRE Bar Sprinkled Donut

In this review I try out one of the coolest protein bars out there with its whole food proteins sources coming from beef, eggs and brown rice. The MRE protein bars are all made with whole food sources and they have a candy bar like tasteless even though they are made from animal sources. The sprinkle doughnut flavour that I have here is really good and I find that it doesn't exactly taste like a doughnut but more so like cake but that is still good too. I really enjoy all these different protein bars that aren't whey protein based, and the flavor of this bar is amazing.
