Can Black Ops 4 prepare you for Black Ops Cold War?

In order to prepare for Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, I wanted to find a COD game that can get me ready an in the mood for the new game. Black Ops 4 is actually pretty good in helping me prepare. There are flaws in BO4 that I would love to see fixed in Cold War but only time will tell.
