Every year from May to October, Southern California experiences its dry season, with accompanying wildfire risk.
Hypothesis: Southern California naturally has a biannual rainy season, like the rest of the Southwestern US. The only thing preventing this monsoonal activity is a massive weather control array situated in this region to dissipate summer storms. Gridding Phoenix, Arizona with orgonite will strengthen and extend the reach of the monsoons.
