Energy Work to Breathe Free, How to Breathe with Light, Sept 13 2020

Inspired by the Oregon Fires

I began developing this energy work and meditation during the fires in California in 2017, when smoke particulate filled the air for days and then weeks.

Then a year ago I had a very challenging pneumonia, and used this technique to bolster my spirits, affirm my desire to live, and to feel that I could breathe free, again.
