Grounding Day 1 - freeing my feet

This is day one of grounding / earthing. It feels so good to free my feet of shoes and socks. As a child I always loved being barefoot and people always told me “girl, put your shoes on!” Why? Why, do I need to put my shoes on?
Well guess what I realized, I DON’T have to put my shoes on anymore!!!
Join me on this new journey, the dogs joined me today which was a fun surprise. They love grounding too!
