Trump Should Bring ALL of the Troops Home

Today, the US announced that the number of troops stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan will be almost cut in half. Given the nearly 20 years they've spent fighting in these two countries however, the time for half measures is simply long past. Trump will have to bring them all home if he truly hopes for this draw down to be seen as anything truly meaningful.
