Blaine Higgs addresses the 2017 March for Life in Fredericton

Blaine Higgs speaks to New Brunswick pro-lifers while leader of the Progressive Conservative Party. There he encouraged New Brunswickers in their pro-life advocacy and says that he agrees with their convictions. Higgs is joined at the podium by several other PC MLAs.
