Soup recipe:
1 carrot, peeled and diced
1 tomato, diced Makes 2 large bowls
1 onion, finely chopped Serve with garlic bread
8 oz Italian sausage
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (I didn't use any)
2 Tablespoons Chicken concentrate
3 1/2 cups water
2 cups (6 oz.) pasta of choice
Baby spinach (about 3 cups)
