Bodycam Shows Moments After Deon Kay Shooting: "Is He In Bad Shape?"... "Cameras Off" (CLEAN)

(This video of aftermath only) 9/2/2020, approx 3:50 p.m.: D.C. Metropolitan Police responded to a call about a man in a vehicle with a gun. When police arrived, they found 4 people in a vehicle. Two males fled, including Deon Kay who was shot and killed as he brandished/threw a firearm. The other fleeing male escaped. The two individuals who remained inside the vehicle were arrested. One of the other males, 19, also was in possession handgun. Deon Kay was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Before the release of any video of this incident BLM protesters gathered outside Mayor Muriel Bowser's home to protest.
