According to British psychiatrist and psychotherapist John Bowlby, attachment types tend to emerge early in life and frequently stay stable. They can be secure or insecure.

Most people aren't aware of how childhood affects life and thus, end up in receptive, unhealthy, and emotionally challenging relationships.
