In today's society, we get away with several toxic behaviors that are considered normal but aren't - or at least shouldn't be. From attention seeking to ghosting and playing the victim, certain toxic behaviours are so common that we don't even think about them. But, whether you're on the receiving or giving end of these, the results are rarely, if ever, positive.

If we want to live a better life, it's time we stop these toxic behaviors that have been normalized by society. We owe it to ourselves and each other to be better than that.
