WARNING: VOLATILITY INCREASES INTO CLOSING BELL (Cause for Concern?) | SP500 Technical Analysis

In today's SP500 technical analysis forecast I discuss the volatility increases that took place into the stock markets closing bell. I am going to go over my thoughts as to whether or not this is a cause for concern.

The stock market is severely over extended from the 200 SMA and 5 EMA. The 5 EMA is a moving average that is frequently touched. I would not be surprised to see the SP500 stock market pullback to 3400 and find support there.

The heavy selling into close could simply be algos being triggered, however, it's still a big cause for concern if we get more volatility like that. Always, have a stop loss in place and when trading be sure to only risk what you are willing to lose.

The last 10 minutes to me was a complete stock market warning sign, and it should not be ignored. The stock market might recover and this can simply be a hiccup, but always be prepared if the stock market (SP500) were to take a turn for the worse.

Overall the stock market is still in bullish context. The question on everyone's mind is how long can this stock market bullish rally last?
