Courtesy of renowned pastry chef Ms. Christina Tosi, her Ritz Cracker Cookie recipe with my addition of Butterscotch chips is irresistible! These cookies are sweet and slightly salty and oh so buttery!!! You can make these cookies faster than kids can get their shoes on! The hard part is staying out of the dough!
