What Makes A Constellation A Star Sign

Many people have asked me over the years what makes Ophiuchus a Star Sign, I have also been asked why Cetus isn't considered a Star Sign. There is a lot of controversy about the Age we are living in and many believe that we are in the Age of Aquarius, actually we are still in the Age of Pisces but are on a count down to the Aquarian Age.
