The Chinese Organ Clock

The organ clock is a super useful tool to understand your body better. Each of your organs has a 2 hour time period during which it repair and rejuvenates itself. During this time, symptoms may show up if that organ doesn't have enough energy to repair and rejuvenate.

A common symptom is waking up between 1am and 3am which is the time that the liver repairs itself. Consistently waking up during this 2 hour window is a sign that your liver needs some extra love and attention. You might notice that you also have other symptoms in your body like increased headaches, being more accident prone, tension or feeling increasingly angry and impatient.

Additionally, things may be changing on your face like increased acne or redness/ puffiness around your eyes.

Each organ is associated with an emotion and physical and emotional things that happen when it gets out of balance. By supporting your body and organs, you can change your physical and mental health too!
